Abstract
Analiza las implicaciones del trabajo del Fondo de Inversión Social para el Desarrollo Local (FISDL) y los impactos que puede generar que la institución gubernamental salvadoreña transforme, como en una de sus prioridades, el desarrollo local como estrategia para el desarrollo.
