Abstract

La tregua entre las principales pandillas en El Salvador ha generado mucha polémica y suscitado muchas dudas. Mientras nadie muestre otra alternativa mejor, la tregua sigue siendo una oportunidad histórica. En fin, se trata de dar respuesta, no a las pandillas como tales sino a lo que hay detrás de sus planteamientos: la sociedad que hemos parido los ha marginado, y si esa sociedad que hasta ahora les ha fallado les ofrece oportunidades, están dispuestos a aprovecharlas. Se trata de que ambos, sociedad y pandilleros, dispongan ahora la oportunidad de reivindicarse.
