Abstract
El artículo afirma que en El Salvador el proceso que seguiría a las recientes votaciones sería un caos; que hubo tres grandes causas/factores que incidieron en ésta situación: los factores organizativos y técnicos, los intereses políticos y los intereses económicos de personas o grupos particulares.
