Abstract

En la Corte Suprema de Justicia de El Salvador existen instancias que procuran hacer justicia y otras que la contienen. Mientras vemos que la Sala de lo Constitucional se esfuerza por aplicar la justicia constitucional, tratando de ejercer pronta y cumplida justicia, el comportamiento que manifiesta la Sala de lo Contencioso, haciendo honor a su apellido, es de contención y retardo de la justicia.
