Abstract
La reforma a la ley de renta se expone al recurso de inconstitucionalidad, hubiera sido preferible otro tipo de impuesto que se focalizara en los niveles de riqueza del contribuyente, ya que los costos económicos directos e indirectos, los costos políticos y los costos al proceso democrático son sin duda mucho mayores que los limitados beneficios de los millones del apuro.
