Abstract

Opina que la elección de los próximos magistrados y del fiscal se haga hasta en la siguiente legislatura; hace un llamado a los partidos políticos, a sus dirigentes y diputados/as para que reflexionen seriamente sobre las consecuencias que tendría al respecto, un proceso amañado, una decisión nefasta y unos pésimos funcionarios electos que no tendrían mayor legitimidad y significaría un enorme retroceso a nuestro frágil proceso democrático.
