Abstract
Hay varias personas e instituciones que han señalado el déficit de transparencia en el presupuesto [de El Salvador] 2020. La FUNDE, en tanto Capítulo de Transparencia Internacional y referente nacional del International Budget Partnership y del Global Initiative for Fiscal Transparency, se dio a la tarea de analizar objetivamente este aspecto presupuestario, y encontró varios hallazgos preocupantes. Ciertamente, será importante que el presupuesto se apruebe a tiempo, pero también con la consistencia y transparencia que Dios manda.
