Abstract
Consigna la propuesta del Comité de Incidencia para el Desarrollo Agropecuario y Rural (CIDAR), sobre las políticas básicas para el desarrollo agropecuario y rural. Las políticas se pueden resumir en tres ejes temáticos: fortalecimiento del tejido productivo, políticas sociales que proponen la inversión en capital humano y finalmente la inversión en capital natural.
