Abstract

El Área de Macroeconomía y Desarrollo de la Fundación Nacional para el Desarrollo (FUNDE), con el apoyo de International Budget Partnership (IBP), realizó la presentación de los resultados del Índice de Presupuesto Abierto 2017, con base en la Encuesta de Presupuesto Abierto. El objetivo fue revisar avances/retrocesos en el acceso a los documentos que se utilizan para elaborar, aprobar y liquidar el Presupuesto.
