Abstract
El tipo de polarización que existe en El Salvador no solo dificulta que el sistema político partidario encuentre y ponga en marcha soluciones adecuadas para superar los graves problemas que enfrenta el país, sino también afecta los esfuerzos ciudadanos por contribuir a tales soluciones.
