Abstract
La lucha a favor de la transparencia y contra la corrupción e impunidad ya está poco a poco saliendo de la órbita perversa y paralizante de la polarización política salvadoreña, donde dicha lucha se utiliza para atacar al rival político. Ahora existen algunas buenas leyes, algunas buenas instituciones que las aplican, y una ciudadanía menos tolerante y más exigente
